Clearing Karma Remote Group Session

This remote Sound and PEMF AmpCoil journey contains frequencies associated with the pituitary gland or the third eye, which looks inward. This journey encompasses chakra healing and chakra opening which allows the body to review and acknowledge, mostly subconsciously, things from the past, present, and future that may keep us from moving forward. Experiencing this journey can allow you to move forward with "less baggage."

2. Take note of how you're feeling before the journey begins. Set an intention around what you'd like to clear and how you'd like to feel moving forward.

3. Drink a glass of water.

4. Instruct your cells to receive. To do so, say aloud, "Cells, receive the frequencies Suzanne is sending me."

5. Lie down and receive.

6. Over the next few days, look for any shifts.
