Love Giving and Love Receiving Remote Group Session

This remote Sound and PEMF journey contains frequencies associated with Love Giving and Love Receiving which work to clear energetic pathways, remove blockages, and allow your spiritual and physical body to give and receive love.

Love comes in many forms beyond romantic love, such as friendly love, universal love, and most importantly, self-love. A lot of us struggle with giving ourselves love and receiving love, whether it be in the form of help, compassion, or grace from ourselves and others.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collective group of people from all over the world and receive frequencies to clear what's holding us back from love in all its forms.

Since every body is different, it is impossible to predict what you may or may not feel, so the key is being open to receiving the sound and PEMF frequencies and allowing them to do whatever is best for your personal highest good.

INSTRUCTIONS TO RECEIVE THE FREQUENCIES

1. On February 11, at 11:00 am Pacific, find a comfy place to lie down.

2. Take note of how you're feeling before the journey begins. Set an intention around what you'd like to clear and how you'd like to feel moving forward.

3. Drink a glass of water.

4. Instruct your cells to receive. To do so, say aloud, "Cells, receive the frequencies Suzanne is sending me."

5. Lie down and receive.

6. Over the next few days, look for any shifts.
