Remote Group Full Moon Journey

This Full Moon remote Sound and PEMF journey contains frequencies associated with earth grounding, general hormones, the nervous system, blood plasma, DNA, spiritual well-being, plus a custom pattern of solfeggio tones.

2. Notice how you're feeling before the journey begins. Set an intention around what you'd like to clear and how you'd like to feel moving forward.

3. Drink a glass of water.

4. Instruct your cells to receive. To do so, say aloud, "Cells, receive the frequencies Suzanne is sending me."

5. Lie down and receive.

6. Over the next few days, look for any shifts.
