To cancel or reschedule, please notify 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time will be non-refundable. Please understand that AmpCoil is not meant to replace conventional medicine. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or symptoms persist, a medical professional is to be consulted immediately. When you book this appointment, you agree that you understand that at no point should you stop taking prescribed medication or change the dosage without your primary care physician's recommendation or approval. You agree that Suzanne Casamento is released from any liability as a result of the services received. No information about any client will ever be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent.
